Technical documentation is supplied within a contracted project stage. Deliverables, formats, included revisions and rights of use are defined in the quotation and contract.
01 — Design scope
From project inputs to usable documentation.
The 3D model, fabrication drawings and bill of materials need to describe the same parts. Part numbers, dimensions and revisions are coordinated to reduce ambiguity during procurement and fabrication.
The level of detail follows the project stage. A model used to review a configuration is not automatically presented as approved fabrication documentation; each document is supplied with its intended status and use.
02 — Preparing an enquiry
What to send for assessment.
Send the information available, even if the records are incomplete. Project location, access for surveys and documentation language are clarified in the quotation for work in Romania or other European countries.

- Required formats, detail level and editable-file requirements
03 — Design connected to delivery
A design connected to workshop and site.
BOM references can support quotations for cutting, metalwork and welding. The workshop receives the accepted document set and revision, with outstanding clarification points identified.
Native or editable files, tolerances, quantities and revision allowances are explicitly agreed. A geometric model alone is not evidence of structural performance or compliance.
