Steel structures and metalwork design01 — Approach
We fabricate and install steel perimeter systems for industrial, logistics, military and restricted-access sites. A configuration can combine rigid panels or welded mesh with extensions, angled arms, barbed wire or NATO-type concertina.
Height, post spacing, foundations, corrosion protection, gates and integration with surveillance or access control are defined from the site and technical requirement. We do not assign an automatic resistance class or certification to an unevaluated configuration.
02 — Scope
03 — Process
We clarify perimeter, access, relevant threats and requested protection level.
We review terrain, foundations, slopes, interfaces and utility routes.
We prepare posts, panels, gates, brackets and protection elements.
We install, tension, adjust and hand over the documented system.
04 — Documentation
Send the perimeter plan, lengths, required height, photographs, ground type, gate sizes and quantities, barbed-wire or concertina requirements and the applicable protection level or standard.
Request a technical assessment05 — Technical clarifications
Steel perimeter systems configured for sensitive sites, logistics bases, industrial plants and controlled-access zones. Protection level, geometry and documentation are confirmed for each project
Send the perimeter plan, lengths, required height, photographs, ground type, gate sizes and quantities, barbed-wire or concertina requirements and the applicable protection level or standard.
Rigid-panel or welded-mesh fencing; Barbed-wire extensions and support arms; NATO-type concertina in the site-approved configuration; Vehicle and pedestrian gates, technical zones and steel cages. The final scope is defined after reviewing the project and site conditions.
Requirement: We clarify perimeter, access, relevant threats and requested protection level. Survey: We review terrain, foundations, slopes, interfaces and utility routes. Fabrication: We prepare posts, panels, gates, brackets and protection elements. Installation: We install, tension, adjust and hand over the documented system.
Photographs support an initial assessment but do not replace dimensions, quantities, materials and access conditions. Price, schedule, transport and included work are defined in the quotation for the specific project.
Request documents applicable to the quoted configuration: drawings, materials, inspections and, where required by the project, test reports or certificates. A photograph or commercial name alone does not demonstrate a protection rating or certified performance.
07 — Contact
Send photographs, drawings, dimensions, location and schedule. We will return with the questions needed for a technical quotation.
